There are no general courier options available in Muswellbrook or the Upper Hunter for flower deliveries – thus, all of our deliveries are made by Muswellbrook Floral Studio staff.
We deliver to Muswellbrook and surrounding areas, including Denman, Aberdeen and Scone – but delivery to some distant locations is not available. Delivery charges are based on distance from our shop which is located at Muswellbrook Fair in Muswellbrook South
Please note that the Muswellbrook, Scone, Aberdeen and Denman postcode areas together are large, with some locations as far distant as 180km from Muswellbrook township.
Our delivery arrangements are as follows
Muswellbrook and general surrounds (within 30km of MFS shop)
Mon – Fri Same day delivery if order placed by 12 noon, otherwise next business day. Restricted delivery and distant locations – please phone us on (02) 6541 4671 as same day delivery may not be possible.
Sat Same day delivery to Muswellbrook Township if order placed by 10 am, otherwise next business day.
Sunday Not available.
Public holiday Not available.
Hunter Valley Mine Site deliveries are restricted due to varying staff rosters/site operating hours – phone us on (02) 6541 4671 to arrange.
Singleton and surrounds deliveries may be restricted depending on our delivery driver availability – phone us on (02) 6541 4671 to arrange.
Distant locations (beyond 30 km) – might not be available, or might not be the same day, so please phone us on (02) 6541 4671 to check possibilities and arrange delivery.
Valentine’s Day and Mothers’ Day – special arrangements apply, so please phone us on (02) 6541 4671 to check options and arrange delivery.
While we will make all reasonable attempts to deliver your order as per your request, we accept no liability for deliveries made earlier or later than as requested by you, or for deliveries that have been left at the address requested by you where no person was available to receive the delivery, or there was no secure place to leave the delivery.
Where no person is present at the requested delivery address, we will take all reasonable steps to find a safe place to leave your order, or otherwise, we will contact you for other delivery instructions and we will also attempt to contact the recipient. We reserve the right to leave the order at the nominated address with a delivery card left in the letterbox. If “left” orders are subsequently damaged or stolen, Muswellbrook Floral Studio accepts no liability.
Orders containing alcohol cannot be left unattended at the front door – if no one is at the delivery address, the order will be returned to our shop for later collection or requested delivery.
If the order is returned to our shop by the delivery driver at your request or because there was no safe place to leave the order, or the delivery address supplied was incorrect, and there is a request for further delivery, we reserve the right to charge you the customer an additional delivery fee. Otherwise, the order can be collected later from our Shop.
We are not responsible if an incorrect name or delivery address is supplied, if there is no one at the address to receive the flowers, if the nominated recipient has vacated the address or if it is not safe to leave the flowers at the front door or other suitable location. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to not offer you a refund.

Underpayment or Overpayment of Delivery fees
Please check that your required delivery address is correct. If the payment you have made for the delivery of an online order is incorrect (underpaid) for the nominated delivery address, we reserve the right to withhold delivery until the correct delivery fee is paid – we will contact you. If the payment you have made for the delivery of an online order is incorrect (overpaid) for the nominated delivery address, we will arrange a refund to you of the amount overpaid.
ORDERS INCLUDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
As per NSW law, the following conditions apply where alcohol is included in the sale of flowers or food designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person, such as a gift basket, gift hamper, or bouquet/arrangement of flowers together with/including an alcoholic beverage:
- two litres is the maximum volume of alcohol permitted in each gift;
- the gift must be packaged and presented in such a manner that it would be taken to be a gift; orders for “alcohol only” will not be processed;
- the gift can only be delivered to an adult (18 years +) who is not the purchaser (we are not licensed to sell alcohol directly to a purchaser); and
- gifts containing alcohol must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm.
